dcohen 28-Sep-00, 02:22 AM (GMT) 1. "RE: Immigration application REJECTED ??" The applicant is not barred from a subsequent application within any specific time frame. The new application maybe submitted in the same manner as the first. Records of prior applications are checked for each case that is submitted. The resubmission of an application cannot contain material differences from the first without raising suspicion.
