Hi,
Which visa office did u apply to? I applied to the visa office Malaysia and I did my medicals on 10th December 2010. As I have read on the forum, the request for passport depends on many factors. u can check this link:

Not always it takes 4-6 months for PPR after the medical... It depends on the security chk (Ensues after the medical received), sometimes country of origin and travel history (number of countries travel/stayed over 6 months)....
However there are reports that someone got PPR within 4-8 weeks after the medicals....
Hope you will get PPR soon unless your security check and travel history have reason to make you possible delay.....All the best

Thanks to all who replied...

Actually we have some travel before like US and Hongkong but for a month only + Guam, USA for a maximum of two months (Project Implementation).

Nationwide Health Systems Inc. in Makati, Philippines send our results to Canadian Embassy Manila.
