dates from... to...

There are various questions that ask you to fill in the dates, for example, for the organizations you have been member of, jobs you have been worked for etc. It is obvious what to write in "From" section. But should I put the current date in"To" section, if the indicated activity is ongoing or in progress (eg. if I am still a member of an organization)?

From:  The date when started
To: "Till date",  when it is still continuing.

You can write To Date..... But sometimes form will not allow text..so just enter date on which you Sign the Application and attach a cover letter to explain.
