Sorry usually I use the search but it does not seem to work today...getting an error.

So simple question, on form IMM5540 when it asks for the "Divorce date", from the certificate from Ontario, do I put:

- Date of divorce order (was dissolved by order of court)

or

- Date on which the divorce took effect (31 days after Date of divorce order)

Date on the certificate which should be the same as the date on the order.
