Hello everyone.
There was a PPR request and they asked for old and current passport.
I sent my two passports in which one was expired and there was no travel history on both
In the old expired passport the date of birth year was wrong which was supposed to be 1982 however, it was 1986. The new passport has everything correct.
I sent a affidavit along with my date of birth certificate to show them that my date of birth was wrongly mentioned in old expired passport but which was corrected when new passport was made.

Will that date of birth on expired passport will have any affect in my PR SPOUSE VISA application process?
Please help!!
Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

 Cheesy Hi, Don't worry.
As your current valid passport has the correct information, that would be OK.
In fact the visa office need to check your travel visa stamps on the old passport.
However, as you have already prepared an affidavit that would  cover any irregularity noticed on your D.O.B.
Best of luck!!.
