At the "Generic Application Form", there is the point 11, where it is required:
Date and Place of your last entry to Canada.
How am I supossed to fill this if I have never been to Canada? There is the date and Place to be filled in this part.
Please help.

IT is called leave it blank and then put N/A when after you print the form.
