You need to stay for 2 week (short stay) you are not going to stay permanently or not going to buy the property.
So check there website all details are there, room picture, area, etc...

        i knew that u r not the owner of the house. U said that its good and cheap. I wanna know, in what ways its gud. Also if u read my initial query properly u should hav dealt wit a better reply. its a forum to help each other in a more effective way. U need sum patience to deal with new members. i too gone thru the website but hearing from a person who had personal experience with them wil b more reliable and satisfactory. Anyways thanx a lot.

It is on my way to my office, Good area and rent is reasonable comparing with other hotels, Access able to main Transportation system (TTC), other list of Amenities and services they have given on their website, (sorry for my extra report  ) personally I haven't stayed there. But in month of July 2011, someone known to me stayed for 1 week in this guest house. In the sense of service rent it is good. If you need other something to know about them, I can go there and check for you. Send me PM with your details of booking. (Your query was not clear to me).
Which month you are landing? October or November? The winter weather is started already so don't forget to bring winter cloths.
