Hi,
I have question, I got a email from CiC-M that I have been approved as a sponsor (step 1), and they said my file is transferred to syria.
What I want to know what happens next?
When will I hear from the visa office?
Do I get a email from Syria in the next few weeks telling me that they have receive my file?

Good morning  My husband has his interview on Thursday. In the email they sent about the papers to bring, they didn't say anything about the medical. We re-did the medical early November but have not sent the green sheet yet. My question is: do we bring the green sheet to the interview for them to see we have done it? Or just send it normally to the embassy in Damascus? |

What about if we take a copy of it and just send it to Damascus? And should we be taking a new police check if we re-did it in August? Well I guess we'll take one anyways, even if they don't request it just to be sure  |

What about if we take a copy of it and just send it to Damascus? And should we be taking a new police check if we re-did it in August? Well I guess we'll take one anyways, even if they don't request it just to be sure Since your in Lebanon might as well do it as it costs next to nothing :-p better safe than sorry. "A decision has been made on ******* ********** application. The office will
contact ******* ******* concerning this decision."
Lol Yeah everyone don't rely on ecas as my husband got ppr on Sunday nov 13 and it's just today I got an email from ecas... Can you say LATE ? Lol good luck to all of you for tomorrow In Shaa Allah :-)

Lol I know I never even look on e-cas...I remember when we first sent the application we checked it nearly every day! Mine still just says application received an we have an interview in less than a week. Ridiculous! And yes I believe we will do another police check just in case. I think it's only 2000 or something so not a big deal. Hopefully we get a ppr after the interview |

Canadians who remain in the country despite this warning should be aware that the Government of Canada's ability to provide consular ASSISTANCE MAY BE EXTREMELY LIMITED due to the security situation and restrictions imposed by the Syrian Government" i cannot leave my family alone   |
