My husband received another email from Damascus 2 hours ago saying Dear Sir/Madam,
Your visa is now affixed on your passport and ready to be sent to you. Please arrange with the courier company to pick it up from the Immigration Section, Canadian Embassy, Damascus, Syria.
Please provide the courier company with your file number.
I guess Damascus does send email only when they want because I know over the past few months I've kept bombarding them with emails and they wouldn't reply lol

Don't let that stop you from being hopeful that your next anniversary will be spent together. We also spent our first anniversary apart.
