the situation is escalating in syria
my wife representative sent the embassy an email yesterday, lets see what will happen

Did you hear anything from the embassy yet or did your wife receive an immigration number? I've sent a inquiry about our application a few weeks ago-but received no response... Inshallah... Be happy at least you heard back from them. I sent a case inquiry + fax (each a few months apart) and they did not respond to either....  My husband is living in Damascus and I'm really anxious for his papers to get processed quickely...I have a feeling our turns are coming soon and we both may hear from them sometime this week, or by the end of June at the latest...*fingers crossed* |

Hello -
I just found this discussion and was so excited to see so many people going through the same wait! I was approved to sponsor my husband April 6 and application received in Syria on April 12. We got a letter on June 6 requesting payment for the right of permanent resident fee. We have three kids and I can't wait to have my husband home! Good luck to everyone!

For those who want some serious help, send a FAX not an email when your 2 month away from your expiration of MEDICAL and demand your ppr

I have a question and i hope someone here can answer it for me. My husband is in Syria and I am in Kuwait, we plan to met each other in Lebanon and leave to Canada from there. Does anyone know if it is safe for him to cross the border by taxi or should he take a plane? ? We are planning to do this on Thursday, so I really have to know fast.. |
