I am getting obssessed about this process , like do they have a specific time to send PPR emails ? (morning or end of the day or any particular day  ), but i admit this forum is bringing all of us together united ...God Bless |

join the club lol I think by 7 am eastern time if you haven't received anything . means you won' t be getting anything for the rest of the day! it's already 14h30 in the middle east and I think they close at 15h00 |

Actually they close at 16:30 ( so 9:30 am easter time ) so still 2 hours of hope... |

i think you guys are obsessing a little too much haha, i dont think there is a time when they send it, i mean it doesnt make any sense, im sure they wrap up the files and probably the next morning the people responsible for communications take care of sending case specific emails, i mean its not like everyone gets the same email, its specific for everyone and every case, but i dont get it, one week they go crazy and then they slow down, there is no trend with these guys, and its supposed to be an organized process
