I have two questions for you guys


1. My wife (sponsored person) doesnt have an email address. However, her representative does. So Do you guys think they will email her representative or will they call her directly?

2. we never received an RQ to fill up. Does every one has to fill up one?  do you guys think that we should send them one before they ask for it?

dear mikey, the representative will recieve the email, however, you can email damascus and give them a new email address if you want her to get the email,  its never too late for that, i just recently updated my wife's email address and let them know,
as far as the RQ goes.......
honestly i dont know..... almost everyone has gotten it so i think we will too, but hey your guess is as good as mine, i have to mention when i spoke to my MP regarding my wife's case he didnt even know what an RQ is lol he knew everything expect that, so like i said who knows..... but if you check here you see everyone has gotten it so it seems like its something we have to do,
and lastly, i was also thinking of sending it before they ask but i decided not to since they want up to date information in the RQ so i dont want them to think im trying to hide something,

I think in all honesty If you just tell them you went over the documents because you made yourself copies youll be on the safe side because sometimes we do tend to make mistakes and in your case it would be the 1 for an 8.

However if you just tell them u wrote 2001 but then now your husband is telling you its 2008.. And he also had the business close but didnt say anything sooner i think it might be a red flag for them as either you guys dont communicate or there is some misunderstanding between you too.

Either or, i would just tell them i mixed up the dates bla bla bla o think that would put you on the safe side

Try to contact the embassy directly and see what will they say.
Don't give up, there are alot of solutions, try to find a good lawyer, there are special lawyers for these cases, try to find one and see what will he say
