lol tell him to ask about abou rabi3 , i think he s  a man that brings people to syria. he oftens goes ot the embassy to bring stuff. I dunno if he's still going tho . I think he's in nabatieh. My mother in law sent our RQ and military exemption paper with him, the people know him at the embassy apparently cuz he often goes to brin people's papers and stuff. He's the one who inquired for us if they had received a previous paper we had sent.

tank u so much and thank u sohrab, i was too worry about this and i know that they countin from the date of start processin and i don't wanna send them any further e-mail because i send them so many and last time they told me to do not send them until i get them new update,so i have to wait another 3 weeks and it is toooooo hard.
one question ,is anybody knows that in which way they request passport for iranian people?with phone call or mail or e-mail?
so , i just want to add some detail to help other people here.

Dear Sara, the passport Request is the same for everyone, they will contact you by email and then you have to send in your passport directly to their office, and the best way to do it from tehran is DHL and T.N.T , both of them have offices in tehran and they are very good couriers

no honestly i think they will improve things, i know they arent the great party when it comes to immigration but SINCE they were CRITICIZED so much this time they actually want to improve it so people cant say anything anymore, i have some hopes for them this time. i guess we will have to wait and see, but hey its not going to affect us, i mean our files are already in syria and by the time immigration laws change (if they do ) we will all be with our loved ones

If they stick to their platform of conditional PR and weed out immigration fraud, it may actually speed up legitimate immigration applicants wait times.  It probably wont effect any of us on this forum as of right now, but new legislation should improve things for future couples!

I agree with you, if they flirter out the fraud cases it will be faster, but an officer just looking at a bunch of papers does not know if the marriage is real or not. So many honest people may be picked out as a fraud case as while, and this will effect their lives, inshallah the system does not get worst. I know all of us here have and are suffering due to the processing time.

Everyday I wake up, I say to myself  today they ll send u , but seems I was dreaming, but what is wrong if they told us exactly where our files stand. what is wrong if they said u need exactlly this time.

 if feel so bad because I cannot do what I want to do. just we have to waite

 I hope they understand we have life too, not because we chooses Canada that means we have no lives, we do, we have partners we need to share things with them , not throgh stupid screen or phone, I do not know, but I know one things, they just are playing in our feeling. as we are not human
