You go to that site, and you have to put in the information, file number (B XXX XXX XXX) Date of birth, Nationality, and then you explain how long its been, this is for people who's file has taken 10 months or more, it is very simple

no sarah...they will not answer because the case is counted after ur file number..as u see in cic application proccessing time in damascus is 10 month..so after ur file number it is counted,,,but u camn send them general inquiry...for spcific inquiry it is for someone who their case is longer than 10 months in damascus...yours is 9 months and 7days not 10 months...

lool ok yes i mentioned that also, but what i meant was to be familiar with it and use it when necessary, and its not that strict, i know people who did inquiries in 8 months and got answers, they say 10 so not EVERYONE  starts emailing but they do respond if they see that the case isnt going the way its supposed to,

yes sohrab i knew that u`ve made a mistake about counting of the months,lol
for the second statement i hae to told u that they will not answer because 6 months ago i didn`t know about specific inquiry and i sent them one..after i sent the message appeared that if ur proccessing time is not finished u will not hear from us..lol
and they never answered

tank u so much and thank u sohrab, i was too worry about this and i know that they countin from the date of start processin and i don't wanna send them any further e-mail because i send them so many and last time they told me to do not send them until i get them new update,so i have to wait another 3 weeks and it is toooooo hard.
one question ,is anybody knows that in which way they request passport for iranian people?with phone call or mail or e-mail?
so , i just want to add some detail to help other people here.

hi gemini, my husband's father died in the army so he was exempt from military service , since my husband is not in lebanon  he asked from his brother in law who's in the army to get the letter from some ``general  chef d'etat major de l'armee`` anyway thats what it says on the translation. So i guess you have to  get it from some kind of general in the army??%? It`s called war2et wafo i think

The Libral MP in my area called me and he requested from me to vote for him.
Unfortunately I wasn't at home so he left a VM.
