hello everyone
got a Q?
My wife's medical has expired anyday now. I called the same doctor we did the last medical with and she said we should email the embassy and ask them to send us the medical form with the file number and all.
what should I do?
mehdiR: I was in a similar situation last month. I called the same doctor that did my medical last year, and he suggested me to wait for the embassy to inform me. Just recently, my ecase showed "Medical Received", even though it had expired a month earlier. |

Others friends did their second medical at Day hospital (dun remember doctors name) without any problem. I guess it was before the new legislation abt extending medical results for 3 months. But still u can ask Day hospital, it wont hurt! If u did so, plz let us know. My medical also expires in a 1.5 month and i m still undecided! |

his name is dr,ibrahimrad, @ general day hospital....has any one from the inprocess heard anything back yet...there used to be a relation between inprocess and ppr email at some point, what the hell happened to that???... my doctor said she had an applicant 2 weeks ago who has emailed the embassy a medical file request letter and they sent one to him. with the name and file number and whatnot. |

call another parctitionar. the form is just like the previous forms and they must have it or you can download it from CIC website. it's better to have file no. to mention of the medical receipt. |

My application/file number was stated in AOR, a number which started with F0000xxxxx. Yours doesnt include that? |

I don't have the application #, all I got is the UCI #
call all the practitioners. they themselves don't know exactly what we should do. i went to charif for the 2nd time. and also i checked with Siavash who received his visa 2months ago. he wasn't asked for a 2nd medical update but did. the only disadvantage is app.300,000toman .dr. has the form . you only need 4 photos and passport+copy. that's all.dr. will ask you if you have already undergone a medical test and he will wrtite it down in his form which will be forwarded to paris. he will write the app. date too. |

Yes, you shall submit photos, accompanied with filled form (Appendix C). It is exactly the same as your first apply. |
