they don't give you this visa,because they know you have applied for family sp. last year i applied for visitor visa and they rejected me but i didn't have any lowyer...it's better to wait..i asked 4-5 lowyer and they told me only by having some special disease the embassy can give this visa..when i applied for visitor visa the processing time was 7 weeks but i got it in 19th week and they rejected me. |

They want to compare the information and dates you wrote on ur application with the one in ur CV They r trying to hunt you, trying to find contradictions be careful, everything should comply with the information and dates u wrote in ur application |

Thanks for the info, but actually no I don't think so. Someone who has spent his whole life in school, university and then higher education has actually a really straightforward background, all the dates match anyway, from September one year to the September next year.
The reason they asked for his CV was because his major is one of those fields that usually requires some more background check. They want to check his published papers and conferences and get to know a bit more about his background and see in what kind of projects he actually is working on.
interesting vivi thanks for the insight; otherwise i would have started to update both cv's right away   but that's the only thing they asked u, just the cv?? don't worry u had it in process since april, now they asked some updates, they r definately finalizing everything and soon u'll make a trip to the airport   |

yeah u r right; some ppl in some areas of the world do tend to invent a lot in their cv's; so for this process they would definately compare the cv with what ppl wrote in their forms |

My wife's medical has expired anyday now. I called the same doctor we did the last medical with and she said we should email the embassy and ask them to send us the medical form with the file number and all.
what should I do?
