im just wondering....how did u find out that it was kept in canada for like 3 months after being approved? i just presumed after you get approved for sponsorship they send it directly to the VO... it just makes me wonder if my file is still in canada? although in the email i recieved it said it has been sent to ankara... i guess they are low in resources to update the info more regularly but i guess your almost there...goodluck:D>  < In fact in approval letter it was said that ur file is sent to Damascus, but it never was!! We never received a letter or email to acknowledge that. Even CIC call center once told our file is in Amman. But finally in April we called CIC and were said it was transferred to Ankara! But i didnt believe it till last week that my ecase changed! In this forum some people received emails confirming their files were transferred and others like me didnt. Files were kept in Mississauga according the situation in Syria. For you that applied after the closure of Damascus (if it was in january i guess), there wont be any problem and all files are directly sent to Ankara!  |
