hey everyone this is what my file looks like when i go check it out....
We received your application to sponsor____________________________________ on August 5, 2011.
We started processing your application on October 14, 2011.
We sent you a letter on November 21, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We received __________________________application for permanent residence on August 5, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
thats what mine says is there any line that people have that i dont??? my wifes file is in amman jordan and still nothing

I think Kamelia shares the same timeline as ours. I'm not sure where she's staying though. yes laleh jan, approximately the same timeline. if u remember my case, in my approval letter it was said that they had sent my file to amman, which was a mistake, so after lots of correspondings and letters and calls...they sent me the correct letter which said it was sent to ankara, i recieved the second letter one month ago, so i am not sure when the file had been transfered ?!! anyway I am happy that we are not alone here and I am happy that I have good friends on my way  |

I 'M in suprise what 's the rule? is it a rule in this process!! I think just CHANCE is imoprtant here. and poor us that haven't it. in this process .I lost something that could be valuable instead of them I became sick,  |

Parastoo jan, it is said in CIC website that Ankara does not respond to inquiries regarding cases within their regular time line. Yours has passed the 14 months, so they have to provide you with info abt your file. Have you ordered your CAIPS or have you tried calling them? The situation for you, Kazhal, lele, amirnezam and vivi (+ others that are not in my mind right now-sorry-) is not acceptable any more!  |
