Samira, sweety dont worry so much about receiving your ppr and stop counting days love, your posts remind me of when i was stressed out, trust me nothing will be achieved by the stress, so just have faith in allah and trust that everything happens for a reason. the things he has planned for us is  far better than what we so desperately desire...i have been so down and so stressed to a point of not being able to function well at all.. so i say lets you and I just wait and be patient, with everyday passing its a day closer to getting PPR, if it makes you feel any better next week i will be entering 16 month waiting since Damascus received our file and adding the 2 month here in Canada will be 18, and i have not seeing my husband since august 2010. be patient hun and inshalla we will all hear some good news soon.

Arezou jan, there's no Tabriz Ankara flight? Travel agency told me there are two possible ways: Tabriz, Istanbul , Ankara or Tabriz, van, Ankara. Which one is better?

It is better. Van flight could be a charter flight. I do not have any experience in this issue!

i have a suggestion. please kindly use the words congrats, mabrook, etc only for PPR.

Many people are busy and only quickly scan for these words to follow the latest PPRs.


And those got PPR should try to move on with their lives. There are other forums for tickets, hotels, etc.

I used the word Congrats on top to show how annoying is to play a false alarm

According to CIC website now it takes 90 days to process ur file in Missisauga for Sponsorship Approval, then it will be transferred to Visa Office (Beirut). Unfortunately, there is no fixed time line for new visa offices right now. There is a link in Arezou posts regarding all applications in Ankara, Amman & Beirut; take a look and you will get what is going on.

Welcome Santanaleb, you have already passed the first stage, you got your approval. The second stage they send your file to Beirut Lebanon and you have to wait around 14 months to get your visa.

everytime I see the world congrats, I became happy Ankara is working, and I knew it would happen to me soon. I wish everyone get PPR before 12months, but donate some money to Mahak, I'm sure it helped me, I think these childeren need help like us, and it was the only thing I was able to do for them. I wish God helps them

Are you the sponsor or the sponsored? You can check out the chart under my signature to see other Beirut applicants timeline; and if you wish to be added, give me your info.
In regards to what's next, your file will be transferred to Beirut VO, nobody knows how long will it take because it is a new VO when it comes to PR applications. One person only got her PR from Beirut VO and it took her less than a year and other have been waiting for much longer, so no clear time limit.
