(my wife left today back to montreal at 7:25 am from beirut airport, and she was crying and dying from inside)

Hello,

My wife met with her MP and he told her that the file was received by Beirut in March ??

and that when he called the embassy they told him that we should be hearing from them in the fall  that's after 5 months !!!!!!!! and it would be 18 months of process !!!!!!

had any Lebanese heard this from his/her MP?  

you can not trust on your MP. Because nobody knows what is happening exactly on the new VOs. So do not let them to hurt you! Maybe tomorrow you will receive your PPR? Nobody knows!

I'm paying the Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee online. Where it asks

"Where will you be sending/where have you sent your application?"

I assume I select "Mississauga, Ontario (Canada) processing centre" since I'm expected to mail the receipt to:

CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 6100 Station A
Mississauga ON   L5A 4H4
CANADA

If anyone can confirm this for me please.

I contact Ankara when we did my wifes second Medical and they said do not send anything to us.So contacted my MP when i was in Iran and his office said"

You can not send the medical into the office as they will not accept it. I would think that the doctor that did your wife's medical would have known that."

So I didn't but some of the people on this forum say it doesn't hurt to send an email with your medical,I didnt.

Ankara didn't send me an email I was kinda proactive I contacted my MP for him to see if my wife's medical had expired and it had so when I was in Iran I think we paid like 300 toman and re did her medical.Buddy be khanoomet begoo not to get depress in a few more months javab migiri.We did our second medical Feb 2 and got our ppr email May 16.Tell her what i told my wife when she would get upset ma ke 1 sal va sadim 2-3 mah digam roosh.

So u never send ur green paper for the second medical and u got ppr ? I was wondering if when u go to the doctor write on the form name of the visa office ; the visa office gets it finally. Or if you don't send send the green paper , the visa office never gets it?

The 2nd medical that you do the doctor asked me what our file number was so I gave it to the doctor,the doctor told me that you need to send the green paper yourself so I contacted Ankara and they said don't send anything to us.I was getting pissed off so I contacted my MP's office via email and the response is what she gave me.My MP said that the second medical will go to Paris and from their it will be sent to Ankara if all goes well so don't send your green copy.But some of the people on the forum send their copies via email which doesn't hurt.

I 've done this a month ago and I chose miss, ontario processing center.
Then mailed the receipt to the above CPC .
Also what I did was to fax the receipt to Ankara Embassy just in case. ( or you could attach and email Ankara.

Probably yours transferred to Amman!
Average you have to expect 14 months for processing your file!
About changing the e-case, it is some thing normal and it happened to every during this process.
Connecting a MP will not change any thing.
You have to wait till you receive a news from VO.
If you have your file number you can send an email to Amman and see if your file is there or not. Or you can order yoour CAIPS notes too.

I wrote my file number, height and eye color on a paper and also I wrote my name and file number on behind of my pictures!
