2- did you get a letter of file transferring to Ankara ?
3- your status on CIC web site has been changed when they processed your application ? or it stayed like before?

Hello,

My wife met with her MP and he told her that the file was received by Beirut in March ??

and that when he called the embassy they told him that we should be hearing from them in the fall  that's after 5 months !!!!!!!! and it would be 18 months of process !!!!!!

had any Lebanese heard this from his/her MP?  

Whoa!!!! I don't even want to start thinking about that; actually, MPs don't have much credibility anymore since they have been given false information to pass it on before. So I'd rather believe that it's falsified info rather than having to accept that horrific potential reality:(

I wanted also to mention that I have applied for a second CAIPS, 3-4 days before we got the ppr, I just wanted to know what happened to our file during it's hibernation period in Amman office. I'll let you guys know if there is anything useful in there.

I received my ppr exactly 5 days after the result of my caips.
In my Caips, almost everything was NOT STARTED!! Don't give a damn about caips and ecas...when it's the time u will have it!

Mabrooook for all friends who have gotten the ppr inshalla for all who waiting, all VO's are working good and all will hear good news this month Yallah

Ankara sent emails to people who got their PPR , other than that to be sure u could contact yr MP to find out if yr file is transferred to Ankara , and when.
( let us know od the dates u sent your application and file transfer to visa office. )
also do not worry yrself with ecas as it's not reliable at all.

Today has a good news i went to Can.embassy Amman just asking for our application as usual the security did not allow me to enter but he assured to me thjat process in going well and today one of applicat of sponsorship have submitted his passport and all of others on queue

Our mp too, told us that we have to wait for 3 months but we only waited for 3 weeks!
They want to be on the safe side so they normally consider the worst case scenario.

I'm sooooooooo sorry that you had to go through this... I know exactly how she felt because I know all the partners here are going through the same thing!!!! I hope that God would give us all the strength to keep on doing this without completely falling apart!!! Nshallah we hear good news this week!!! Please God help us reunite with our loved ones!!!!!
