By authorization letter do you mean the use of reperesentative form or just a letter typed by the person?
there is a letter at the end of the ppr letter, that should be filled. |

Lots of people have been getting passport request a few days after seeing that on ecas but a few also saw the change a few weeks ago with nothing happening. This process is unpredictable ... A guessing game! But I hope u hear something soon! Which visa office are you with? How long have u waited if u don't mind me asking? |

none of them haha, when you get ppr, at the bottom of the email PASSPORT REQUEST there is a portion it says AUTHORIZATION, you just fill that out, |

My application is in Ankara. I filed my application on 22 July 2011, and the sponsorship was accepted on 28 Sept 2011. I called the cic call center two times but they never told me when my application was sent to Ankara. I really hope that I hear something soon. |
