omid i was there 3-4 days ago. you don't need any appointment . you wake up and show up there around 8-8:30 am and wait in the line. when you go there you get a number and wait for your turn and when is your turn they take the passport and tell you to come tomorrow at 2 pm. you don't need any appointment

way before you did. my file was sent on Jan28 th, 2011 and the file was recieved at the VO office on march 8 th , 2011 |

This Monday is Victoria Day, we have to wait 3days, it's hard, I hope this week we will have more PPR  Don't worry abou Victoria day I can't remeber any ppr on Monday. Most people got it on wednesday and thursday or friday. I think Wednesday was the luky day for most people  |

By authorization letter do you mean the use of reperesentative form or just a letter typed by the person? |

No. It does not. I think our first exam will expire in 2 months. Still i have received application.
mine is like you, I redid it 2weeks ago but nothing,just say application recieved not important ,maybe one day we get ppr and it wouldn't update yet  |
