Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

Hi ! Usually they start processing your file 2-3 weeks after the approval of the CIC ( in most cases).. So you have to wait first until the Cic sends you the confirmation of approval. Then after that you should  see on the website that they have started processing Permanent residency file on X date.. And they should normally send you an e0mail about it!!

Is it possible that they don't update ot and wrote now processing?? My file has been in Damascus since December 21 and up til now it still only says file received. It's driving me crazy.. Ma32ouli ya3ne 3 months and a half and still nothing?

I really hope they just forgot to update my ecas!:-(

don't worry..they don't update e-cas..mine doesn't have any message thet even files has been recieved..i sent them an inquiry and ask them for update they told me they r very busy and can't update..

mine has said medical received since Aug and nothing has changed still the same till now

I didn't forget you lol Look at the page before I added you.  Niagara dream is showing an old list loool.   After RQ means after Residency Questionnaire. They have sent some people a residency questionnaire to fill out. look 3-4 pages ago you will see a copy of it

I think they just haven't updated your e-cas ! It says smg different for everyone...
