Out of curiosity, how many people here with files in Ankara have gone to "in process" and "medical results have been received" on ecas?
Sohrab and Arezoo, you both had this change last week, right?
Vivi jan, my ecase shows we started processing your file on March 16th and I got my sponsorship approval on March 5th. |

Azerou joon moborak bosh inshallah....this is the best news to hear that the most active people in this forum finnaly got their PPR ...I'm very happy for u.....but when I see that all ppr are coming out for pple with 14 months wait i feel very bad because it means i have to wait till 14 months and then hear something from the VO, i hope not but I doubt it  |

hahahah not all ppr are for those that waited for 14 month, i personally have been waiting for the last 14 month and 3 weeks now and have not heard anything back,,,and i saw on here some ppl got their ppr after 11, and 13 month,,its all depends on the file... Mine is not changed yet. I re member that pouya, who received his visa a few weeks ago, told me that there was no update in his e-cas....I don't think we can rely on e-cas. |

My e-case has changed today, it says: Medical results have been received. I redid it and emailed the green sheet last month.

Thank you everyone for replies So almost all of us have the "medicals received" part Yaaaaaaay Now, are you guys "Application received" or "In process"? Now don't kill me that e-cas is unreliable!!  I know!! Out of 1000 comments saying how unreliable e-cas is, I have been the one saying 999 of them!!  Just asking to get an idea if "medicals received" AND "in process" BOTH TOGETHER mean something, as it did for Sohrab and Arezou! |

Hi rah, I have a question for you. my case is like yours, it was kept in Canada, until March. I\m wondering if you got the exact transfer date from CIC, cause they didn't give it to me! They were also inconsistent, I called them like 4-5 times and at first they told me my file was in Canada, then in transit, then again one time an agent told me its in Canada, then again in transit the next time I called!!!!! So at end I quit calling as it was very frustrating! |

Before you guys show up less in here, who could take the passport to Turkey as representative? a brother would be fine right? and what do they need to authorize them?
anyone can drop off/pick up the passport as long as they have authorization letter with them( it comes with the passport request email), the best id is the person's passport |

I have a question for you soharb......do you know if the files that were on hold in canada before the transfer, do they count the hold time of the file?
or anyone else have an idea about this?
actually I dont know if my file was on hold or not , cuz when i called the cic long time ago they were kept saying they dont have any information about my file because the process is no longer from canada and should contact Damascus VO...I emailed Damascus before the closure but never get an answer. Because if they didnt hold my file by octobor or november I should get the PPR request cuz by the time it gonna be 14 months......but if they have hold my file and I didnt kno its mean it gonna be more than 14 months.
