hi wxyz,my caips the same not started also,even second medical not listed which was back in december 20.No progress at all,Whats this secret?R and A for medical do it if they dont ask.but police check they might ask for second one and maybe not.

I read that the difference of age between spouses may prolong the processing time? they will review the files many times to insure the relation is genuine, also and the custom of wedding's pictures which must be sent with application form, also may affect the processing time. there is difference in the age between me and my husband,13years,and I wear Indian sari in the henna party,do you think that would affect the processing time? |

Hi Nenan, I'm no CIC agent, but I have read a lot of posts since last year. If you are 13 years older than your husband, then they will definitely wonder, as I read a few days ago on another forum here about the guy's wife being two years older than him, but they wondered because of the quick marriage as well. But if you're younger than him, then it's understandable, up to a certain point. If he's 33 and you're only 20, then I think for sure they will wonder a lot, but if he's 37 and you're 25 then I wouldn't think of it being an issue so long as you are compatible in terms of similar education.
