no nairyd I am not with you do not leave your job now your husband need time to adapt to the new life,
also alot time has passed and the little time still but how many month no one knows 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5 but not more,
you can go to visit him for two weeks.
do you know because my husband is coming to visit me I feel happy I don't care much now about the visa, yes I am reading the forum and my ecas but not like before I know he is coming

your right Lele, but the thing is being seperated AGAIN after visiting him will suck! I'll see if i can get any news in these two months/if anyone else receives any news or visa from Beirut office, if not I will have to spend 3/4 months there. I have been away from him for 7 months and its ridiculous, and we cant blame them because we CAN go if we want...if anything i will look for a new job when i get back (if i do stay there) good luck you, i hope your husband can go down to the embassy and get some answers!

Also someone here told us that he call the embassy in beirut and they told him that april 2 they will start to issue visa. They will close friday, saturday, sunday and monday for easter so lets see next week wath will happen. I dont know why but I am positive for April. The last bunch of ppr was mid december its like 4 month ago so in 4 month they have the time to transfer files and start working and issue visa.

Hello people out there that are waiting as impatiently as we are!
So my wife , who is a Canadian citizen that was visiting me the past two weeks decided to go down to Amman to find some answers. We called on Sunday to try and make an appointment with the Canadian consulate, only to be told to come down and take a number. We went to the embassy today, as my wife was demanding to see the consulate. they only gave her the run around and asked her to go see the immigration and visa section, saying they will contact the consulate for her to see him, we went to ask about our application status only to find out, to our surprise that it was still untouched, that they have not even started the process after they have received our file since march 2011. They also mentioned that they have not received my second medical, that was done on January 03, 2012. we asked about when we expecting our visa they answered with generic she said she don't have information. she mention the reason of the delay in the process is because is the situation that happening in syria, so lots of question lots of answers but nothing useful.

hi musab ,your story make me feel bad  Sad this neglect by Damascus VO and now Amman VO hope not do the same with the files, I have question for you if you don't mind ,when your file was in Damascus VO did they send you any email? did you email Damascus VO  and they reply to you? is it the first email you receive from Amman VO? is your E case changed during the last year?  thank you to answer me.

I called the call center and they said that they have made a mistake !! just like this ! and it takes time to make up this mistake. I was so angry and sad and I got seek for 2 days ! but there is nothing I can do.
plzzz be careful and pay attention in every step because they are not as careful as they show.

Hello:)
We have only has a few members who had interviews. I just checked the chart and the timeline seems to vary. some people received passport request on the same day as the interview and others about 1 mth after. we also have a member who had an interview in January and according to our chart has not received passport request yet. if you don't mind me asking, what is your timeline like? which visa office is your application at?

Hi All,

I contacted the MP office and this is what his assistant replied me:

Thank you for your email.

I am sorry to inform you that, due to the closure of the visa office in Damascus, it will take quite some time for all the applications (that was previously processed in Damascus) to be transferred, opened and processed in Ankara. Our office had tried to obtain a status update for some of the files that are transferred, but CIC has advised us to wait until at least June 2012 to make an enquiry. From my understanding, Ankara is trying their best to organize and work on these transferred files as soon as they can, but due to the large volume of applications being transferred, it may take another two months before we may be able to obtain a status update.

I am sure Ankara will be in touch with your wife as soon as they are able to work on the file. If your wife has moved or changed her contact information, please make sure that your wife writes to Ankara updating her situation with her signature on the letter. If she would like Ankara to contact her by email, she can also do so by writing a letter with her signature.

My only comment, these guys (immigration people) are very inconsistent and untrustworthy.

Done,

For God sake, it is not like they are doing it for free... they are charging us for all the crap and stress they are putting us through.

The Iranian embassy gives citizenship, national card, and passport to new citizens in about two weeks. (like a newborn from an Iranian family or half Iranian family, as well as a woman who marries an Iranian man)... and that is Irannnnn

Pfffffff
