oooooh i did see that....sanctions and more sanctions the intentions might b good but don't know how much it would affect who they r suppose to affect again the normal people will probably suffer more

it's really confusing the wording and it makes me question:

1. does it mean that a Syrian PR in Canada cannot open a bank account at all? or i couldn't add a Syrian citizen to mine?
2. does it also mean that me as Canadian citizen cannot send money to Syria if i want to (for reasons like fooooood and utilities)? does it affect only the large transactions or any kind of transaction (100$)

if u understood more than me (my mind is really not clear lately) or just experienced these things please share...............

How about mailing the green sheet? Is it necessary to send its original (not the scan) to Ankara? By the way Ankara or Mississauga, which one? Can I send it or my husband should do it?   

the mail address is ankara-im-enquiry  @  international.gc.ca.
You can email it to Ankara but it is not necessary to send to Mississauga. You can email it yourself or your husband himself does it. It is the same. But be sure to include your full name as applicant and your file number or the client ID.

For sending the original green sheet wait till embassy ask for it. But you can e-mail the scaned one. If you want you yourself can also send the scanned one. There is no difference. After step 1 you should forget Missisagua. We correspondence with the visa offices.
