Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

Hey guys I received the following email from CIC. Does this mean that it has left Mississauga or still in Canada being prepared to be sent in March? How do I know for sure? Also it has not been updated on my application status profile.

This is ur eligibility approval.
Along with this email, they provide u with a Client ID Number by which u can check ur e-cas.
Something around 10 to 15 days since the date of this email the VO (Amman in ur case)should receive ur file.

it means the file is on the way to amman for processing, pretty much the process has NOW BEGUN for you

Rah, I feel this was made towards my comments?! I strongly disagree with you and very confidence about my own comments. And to clarify on Canada, I have no issues with the country, I have got issues with the current government :-)

I believe that ppl should feel free to express their feelings in this forum even if it is negative. As Ali said, we have our own reasons to criticize the Parliament for legislating such an absurd law.....comparing investment files with family-class files is like comparing apples with oranges...For investment files even if it takes 50 months long there is no harm to family ties but in our cases many couples' relationship will be damaged due to the long-distance relationships.

Bahhh, Beirut VO! I'm not losing hope but i'm losing patience. It's my hubby's bday on Monday and i'm planning a bday surprise for him....for his work buddy to do for me, like what is this?!!? Ugh! I sent it on Dec. 21 2011 got a confirmation from them on Jan 13th 2012 saying they received my application and then Feb 21st 2012 I got this email. My wife is in Iraq.

Ofcourse they have right to express and who I am to stop that is what i said too. Aslo, i don't say core countries have not done any harm to 3th world countries. That is a fact and everybody accepts it. I know they have been stealing. I alson like all of you not happy that I am away from my husband.
But I am saying are you sure what is going on in the there  can be blamed on western countries. Are they the reason we wanted to immigrate. So what about what our government doing to the people. They are pushing people out. The original goal of british taking immigrant was to dominate british and make poors more poor. So if you blame here for what is going on in there and making you come here then why are you still in their traps and not going back and giving your taxes to there and improve there. The problem is that everybody from their safe homes in the west talks about unfair things that west had done and want mIddle east to do better and don't do anything themselves and say let others to do it. I don't like spousal immigration policies but i don't agree when people say the delay is because they are racist ,... It is for other countries too. I don't agree with because Iranian suffered more than swedishes they should come faster. If so then african should come faster. It is spousal category not refugee.99.9% of iranian chose that governemnt . Now the consequence... Why blame it on the west.  I am saying having more money can't help u to get out of airport faster.
We R all expecting ppr s in march so please keep here postive as there are othere places that more people are interested in what west has done to the east and ...

Today we pass our one year of applying for our case. One year past!

I sent it on Dec. 21 2011 got a confirmation from them on Jan 13th 2012 saying they received my application and then Feb 21st 2012 I got this email. My wife is in Iraq.

hmmmm my file received on June by Damascus VO not on April or May is that mean my file is still on the crowded queue of files     , I think 8 months and 2 weeks is long time to be on queue till now , I am sure my file is  actively Scrambling and pushing himself between other files to reach the VO employee's hands to be in process        or may be my file is another lazy Turtle sleeping on the shelf  hehehehe really its ironic  situation we experience
