Just a vague question, I received a file number, that is a confirmation that my file was in Damascus or not necessarily ? I am going to Lebanon next week to see my wife, i hope I hear something positive while i am there  I am not really sure what is going on there. It is said that some applications are still in Canada from June. My husband called CIC today and a gentleman said our application is not in Mississauga and after the closure of Damascus it is transferred to JORDAN!!!(As I am Iranian it shud be transferred to Ankara) Our application was filed on October 4th. My eCAS says they started processing on Dec 7th. May be, you d better call CIC and make sure! (If you be lucky and a knowledgeable guy answer u) |

I sent my application in on the 21st of Dec, I got a confirmation email saying that my application has been received on the 21st of Dec. Now on the website it says they are working on applications received on the 22nd of December. I have not received any more information about my application. I phoned CIC and they said I need to wait until mid-March before they inquire about my application, they would not help me any further. WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE!? Do I get another email stating weather my application is in Canada or Jordan(I am sponsoring my wife in Iraq)  |

Hello everyone  I hope you all are well with the transfer and Inshallah the visas will start coming again! Just wanted to give you all an update...my husband and I landed in Toronto last Thursday lhamdillah. There was a bit of a problem with the visa however. That number and the passport number shoukd be the same but someone had typed a 7 instead of a 1 on ours! Other than that no problems but just as a suggestion, when you get your visa make sure to check the numbers or they will thin:Pk y are putting out a fake visa  It must really feel good, mabrook and all the best luck to the two of you. |

Yeahhh, that's our MP in Ontario, the conservative party...now i know who to vote to the next election. To her, New Delhi, Islamabad, Lebanon , Iran all the same place. Maybe she should learn Georgraphy...
I did hire a lawyer and it costed me $1000.00and the reason for that is not because I dont speak good english but my situation is a bit complicated. I was married before and I was getting the finalized papers. Also I just wanted to make sure I aint missing any infos that might delay my file...and now my whole file never been touched. HHHHH Allah kbir...I hope to hear soon from this f*** MP. And really I am going to write in the newspaper and im going viral....that is on TV. I will advise you on the update and why not if no one speaks...immigration canada does not move its a**.

don't upset LELO the miracles is CIC is not rare as long as you keep you faith strong in Allah's will and the destiny we don't know what is good or what is bad for us,every thing is hidden by Allah's will for a reason. pray that Allah bring you together and live in peace safe and healthy  My prayers to you and others in this forum that these days will be the last difficult times in your entire life |

no no there are all kinds of files, its a general number not just family, but yeah if its in the security stage then i dont think you have much time left

Raha, as you are Iranian then you have to be sure that your file will be transferred to Ankara. But I think that you have to count on mid of March as your file is new one and maybe it has never been sent to out of Canada. Had they mention in their approval letter that they are going to send your file to somewhere, for example Damascus or etc? |
