 i could not see when i clicked on the site Libya , how it shows to us transferred.....

When it first closed it had that little stay but now you gave to cluck under Paris to see that they are processing PR for Libya. on the main page of CIC it also has "situation in Libya" and "situation in Syria" . under Libya is explains Paria. I think soon we will see some info for us in there too.

Curiosity got the best of me and I just called the embassey. The lady told me files are ALL files are gone to Beirut and in about 1 week we will get a letter to infirm us. Same info as full_of_hope . it's so hard to be patient  atleast I feel like the worst of it is over now things will start to go back to "normal" and our chart will be glowing green SOON

so sorry for this news but i should say to all of my best friends..One of my friend's father had gone to embassy in Syria for requesting some ask questions in embassy ...HE was been as Iran's ambassador in GREECE in 2002... he has gone to Syria for private .... and then i could contact to him by his son ...HE asked of embassy Canada...what will you do with applications and are u gonna close embassy/? and then they replied him..

YES DEAR .... this news is not official and it is just  reliable .THE EMBASSY WILL BECOME CLOSE END OF JANUARY AND ALL OF APPLICATIONS IN HERE WILL TRANSFER TO 3 COUNTRIES.

ANKARA , BEIRUT AND GORDON ..THIS IS truth news and be sure everything will be ok for us..

the embassy said to HIM..for this reason this month we could not finalize any application and we were so busy for transfering applications..

they said him , very soon they informed  us by email , where has transfer our application? don't worry dear friends

Guys I spoke to embassy, and I told her the people have called "foreign affairs department" and  they said that the embassy is not closing.

She told me it will be official within 1-2 weeks, and she said depends on your nationally that's where your file will go..

Just wanted to clear the air here....

She told me it will be official within 1-2 weeks, and she said depends on your nationally that's where your file will go..

Sohrab! Actually, the doctor is going to send the medical to Paris! He wasn't sure the client number works like File number ! That, I asked you my friends!
So, the doctor can write down the client number on my medical report and send to Paris!
Later on any officer in Damascus office or anywhere can have access to my medical If he has my green paper in his hand! am I right!?

So this rumor of "closure of Damascus" was there since 8 months and 15 days ago! I'm not sure that any transfer will ever happen....lets wait and see if any official statement is going to be announced by Damascus or we should wait for another 8 months to see the answer!

EXACTLY, you got it, i was just confused because you said you were sending the medical to paris haha, anyways yes you are exactly right, he can use the client ID to send it, then you keep the green sheet and wait for the embassy to ask for it, then you can scan it and email it or mail it,
