thanks a lot for your suggest , but i did it. i mean , i tried a few E-mail by case specific enquiries  and so My wife has contacted her local MP and He said us.... ( Your application is in queue for an interview .. I understand that this situation is not easy but there is no way for an MP to expedite application and to get information on the date of the interview.
I called CIC and they only know that he is in a cue for the interview. Normally he will be contact via email. ) that's my story in this situation..

well then maybe think about ordering your caips notes. i've seen in other threads that when someone is asked for an interview others suggested him/her to order caips to see the officer's notes about the application and get prepared for the interview. unfortunately i don't know much about caips notes but i think sohrab will be able to give you some helpful suggestions and meanwhile you can do a search on it yourself

sohrab jan, i just skip the messages i don't like to read, try it! lol!
unfortunately we are all in a situation that a tiny little negativity can make us feel down for hours or even days. it's hard to stay positive and i don't want anything taking away my hope and happy feelings! i feel so sure that my hubby will be here with me for my birthday (a few days before norouz) and even if he doesn't get here by then i'm not gonna lose anything by feeling happy and hopeful about it! so i prefer to keep my hopes up!
we all know what we signed up for, no one forced us to apply for canadian permanent residency, but everything has a price, if i want to live in canada with my husband this is the price we pay (i'm not talking if 13 months is logical or not, but it is what it is)!!

im agree with you...we should be patient more than any time..we have to appreciate whole of leisure time

if i tell u that i did it before , do u believe me or not ? yeah ... i received 7 months  ago , but no any point to date interview .. , so i applied for requesting again 2 weeks ago..maybe we could get straight respond from it..

our file has been in damascus since april 2011, in november we were asked for some documents and that's all we've heard from them during this time

I'm really sorry to hear that u r waiting for so long.
I assume u have emailed Damascus, if not follow this link and send them an email.

Also try to call them and see why the decision about ur case is not made yet.

Welcome dear. Ur file is going to be processed only when all the documents are completed. If. They asked u for further submission it means that ur cases lacked a few items.

When  they receive ur documents most probably there should be a change in ur e-cas situation.....then u have to wait like the others.

If you ordered GCMS notes two weeks ago, you should get them by another two weeks as the ATIP office is obligated, by their own policy, to provide the requested documentation within 30 days. Given that your file is currently in the background phase, find out if this is going to be a security interview or a "how well do you know your spouse" interview.
