funny story guys, my mp called me today to give me an "UPDATE" and he told me that i shouldnt expect anything until july, i listened with a smile, he was like yeah i dont want to be negative but you file arrived in ankara at the beginning of april and no OFFICER has been assigned to it,and when they do assign a officer it will be a couple of months at the least, i waited for him to finish and when he said lets set the next UPDATE day, i said how about never? he was confused, i was like my friend thanks for your help i got my ppr 2 weeks ago , thanks for nothing see you in the next election loooool
You'd think MP would know better! Honestly, our best bet to get reliable information is CAIPS btw congrat on your wife's ppr sohrab jan |

even caips is not reliable my friend, trust me, you waste money , everything says NOT STARTED and then you get ppr the next day, nothing is RELIABLE in this process, only patience and common sense! thanks  |

Hello everyone,
Congratulations to all those who got thier ppr. Very happy to see lots of green on the chart and I hope we will see much more.
Nothing new for us except that we got an e-mail about a month ago from Amman advising us that our "file is in the finalization stage". I have no idea what are they finalizing but I hope we'll get our ppr very soon as we have completed more than 18 months and still waiting for finalization.
May God help us and help all others waiting to be reunited with thier spouses and families.

I think for old applicants, whose files were held in Damascus, the timeline is between 12 to 15. Arezou, Sohrab and most of other applicants received their pprs from ankara after a year of waiting. Of course mps say many BSs but for old applicants I think the timeline that omid's mp gave is true. |
