No Nenan, you never actually need to DHL it. You can scan it now or wait for them to ask you for it. But it's better that you just scan it now.
Can I have a medical exam done in advance to speed up my application?
No. Unless you are being sponsored as a spouse, partner or dependent child, do not initiate any medical tests until you receive instructions and a personalized medical form from this office.
Which means that you can send it ahead and that was what a lot of people did. You don't need to DHL just scan and keep original with u. Best of luck:)

For Iranian fellows. List of hotels close to the Canadian embassy in Ankara with their walking distance:
The km written down is the distance for car, in some cases the walking distance is much less.
1. Hotel Midi 3.32 km
2. Hotel Marya 3.36 km (5 min walking distance)
3. CK Farabi hotel 2.69 km (7 min walking distance)
4. Niza Park Otel 2.68 km
5. Hotel Amar 3.02 km
6. King Hotel 3.73 km (11 min walking distance)
If u need more info let me know. U can google search the above hotels, and find them in google map...they are pretty close to the embassy and no taxi is needed.

congratulation I am very happy,finally another green line in our chart , when did your her 2nd medical ? and did she scan it and email it to Amman VO? |

My apologies as I wasn't home nor had access to my computer. She went to Hegamatan Tours I guess in Hamedan, I don't know the exact info, as soon as she gives me some info I will share it with you guys.
What I know is that, she booked it with Elit hotel, or Hotel Elit which is 30 min away by walk.

This is weird to read about you guys emailing your second medicals to Amman.My wife's second medical was done in Iran when I was there in February at Day Hospital.I contacted the embassy in Ankara to send it to them from Iran but they said not to send it to them, so I contacted my MP and he said the same thing that the doctor would send it to Paris from Tehran and I didn't have to send them anything.So its weird that Amman embassy would allow you to send the 2nd medical but the embassy at Ankara doesn't.One country two different rules for their embassies.I also called a immigration lawyer today and she told me that Ankara are doing all her March and April 2010 Files.

I would recommend u to send it as we all did... I redid my medical on January and sent a scan of the green sheet, but if its been a while since ur wife has redone it the results must have gotten there already so... |

We received your application for permanent residence on April 13, 2011. We started processing your application on May 11, 2012. Medical results have been received. This is a bit confusing... I just checked my e-cas and found the above lines...Does this mean they finished processing my application in 1 day?  ?  inno they called me on 11-05-2012...ghareeb ktir!!! I think your application has been processed by Damascus & Ankara just finalized it |
