Just wanted to ask for your thoughts..family member's email that was written on the application sent was hacked a few months ago. So if he received any email from his VO office, he would not be able to access it due to the account having been stolen. I called the immigration office in Calgary,Alberta. They suggested to immediately send an email to his VO in Amman with the new email. It has been about 20 days an no reply from them, all they emailed back saying was we will reply in a max of 25 days as our office is very busy..etc...Any suggestions?

Canada-Girl, did you get a response now that it's been longer than 25 days?

ok as we read our dear friend was talking about lebanon, well, ankara is no where close to that, today was my second day back at work here in ottawa and from what i saw ankara has a quota of 2 ppr per day, thats down from 5 a day but obviously we know why.........., anyways thats why i said incorrect information, i thought they meant every visa office, i hope amman and beirut start doing what they are supposed to but i know ankara is.....

But why would it be a 60% decrease in productivity just for training some new agents? Just because their number of applications went up shouldn't have an effect on the number they approve per day with the same number of agents.

There was this pending lawsuit from November of last year because of excessive wait times for work visas, before the government threw out over 300,000 applications.

Hi
Why they don't do such visa for us to bring our loved one to Canada and they can live and wait for their visa with their husbands or wife's,is not something they can do for us.

Parent and Grandparent Super Visa:

NOTE: Parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents have a new option for visiting Canada. As of December 1, 2011, you may be eligible to apply for the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa and enjoy visits to Canada of up to two years without the need to renew your status.

Dear Farizad

Seldec is Selection Decision ... if =0 so not finished, if 1 so complete
Bdec is Background check ... if =0 so not finished, if 1 so complete
OREQ IS OTHER REQUIREMENTS,, usually is not used unless further background checks are needed.
Findec is final decision ,,, when it is 1 ...it means decision is finalized ..
dear booj

Dear Booj

I am really sad for what I heard about your case ... you know after one year of processing your application should be finalized .... but in reality, your application seems like needs more time ... sorry for that ... as
Seldec is Selection Decision ...Bdec is Background check ...OREQ IS OTHER REQUIREMENTS,, usually is not used unless further background checks are needed. Findec is final decision ,,,

all of these terms are not completed ...as they are 0 ....
so my advice to you is that you should take that into consideration and do not expect the ppr before 3 months ... I wish you would receive it tomorrow ,, but you know processing routine should be taken into consideration ... Angry Sad

Hello everyone!

I could have access  to my GCMS information yesterday!
33 days ago we mailed a CAIPS request , and eventually yesterday I received an email from CIC attaching  a 22-page GCMS information

the report was dated 16 March 2012.  surprisingly  the only Item checked as the "Passed"  was Medical result, other items are still "Not Started"  Shocked

Unbeleivibale! what do you think guys! after  waiting for more than 12 month , canI be hopeful to get PPR soon Undecided:

have a look on this:

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminslity: Not Started
OrgCrime:
Medical :Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

by the way, I found that VO accepted my second medical done a couple of months ago, and canceled my first one!

Dear Booj
all I wish is that visa process would be accelerated and all of us will get our ppr soon ..

I just have a question to you that I might help you to know when your application gonna be opened.
file sent to pa file bf'd to:Huh? on:Huh??  Microlocator

what is the date after on:  ... in that date your application gonna be opened
bf'd ==> brought forward date ,,, where your application is under process right now ..

all I wish is this nightmare will end soon, as it seems like closing of Damascus office has affected us no less than 5 months delay .. so let's pray, forget and ignore at the moment till something new gonna happened

all the best to you  Wink Smiley
