yeah you're right, i like canada dont get me wrong but some of the procedures drive people crazy and you are 1000000 % right about the government, baba we all came during the liberal reign, then the conservatives come along and terrrrrrrrr on everything

the certified practitioners are only in Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz and Mashhad. So i myself had to fly two times to Tehran only for doing my medical test. Thx Canada!

I remember 13 years back when I was young and we should travel 3 h to go to Tehran to do our medical exam! yea it is quite annoying that u should travel for a medical test!!

but thankx God my wife is in Baghdad now where is the only practioner availble in IRAQ!

What can Canada do if the qualified Doctors want to work and live in Big cities.

I know the Doctor that is in Mashhad is a specialist graduated from a Canadian Med school and he is well  known in Iran. I don't think Canada accepts any doctor from some random Med school.

It's sad when I compare our lives with those who have been living in Developed countries....War, Revolution, Being deprived from many basic rights....the things that we have dealt with is beyond the capacity of a person who is raised in Switzerland for instance!....And at the end when it comes to migration we have to face all kind of injustice from a system that claims the highest consideration about human rights!
Canada, thanks for separating us from our spouses and asking us to be more patient! really lol!!

When you say he was in millitary that means he worked in millitary or are you talking about the 2 years mandatory servive( Sarbazi) In Iran. Because my husband's Sarbazi was in ..... I hope that is not bad. I always get mad at my husband for picking there to do his Sarbazi. I hope he is not inthe 20%

i have done 2 years mandatory servive( Sarbazi) . i was going to office  in tehran from 7 :00 am till 14:00 pm . hatta ba lebas shakhsi budam . i don't know what the hell are they doing on my application ..holding for 19 months

I am a very positive person but sometimes I feel these superpowers create mess in your country and make you immigrate to their country (indirectly) weaken and decrease the country's capital then make you suffer when you get here. I was raised here in Canada myself, but I see many who migrate to Canada between the age of 30 - 40 and become depressed.

When it comes to spouses they should at least give them visiting visas until they get their PR's, just like the spouses from Japan or US. At the same time I see so many Saudi Arabian young folks who get their visas in 47 days and get $2700 a month from their government to study English in Canada. Not to mention, that these international students are not doing any good than polluting our oxygen. I mean, if you want to increase your budget make some jobs instead of bombing Libya for 6 months and leaving the country to a worse government than the previous one. Or begging uneducated people to come here so we could charge them 3 times the tuition fee.

but dont lose hope dear, when they say 80 % its more than 80 %, farid has a rare case, he was in the military in iran so they did extensive check, kamal had similar issues, a normal person with a normal case with all documents ready to go WONT wait that long, its impossible, trust me dear, its good to be realistic but not to say ok 20 months is normal lol that's not realistic, MAYBE 1 out of 1000 files

sohrab jan, accept my apologize , but i don't agree with your idea, coz they did extensive check and held on my file not only for my military service  ( it was compulsory military service ) rather they are searching about whole of something related to me and my wife ( emphasize more on our marriage and  how to made relation between 2 different religion ) Moslem and christian

issue , my case is rare maybe 1 out of 1000 file , as u told

Ishalla, it will be solved by Norouz....You haven't done anything wrong and sooner or later they will come to the same conclusion and will issue ur visa.

Jabre Joghrafiayi!! Yeah the idea of a temporary visa makes a lot of sense....At least, I hope in future they legislate it so ppl can live together while their file is being processed.
How long have u been waiting? If u have been raised in Canada then by now u should be a passport holder right? Why don't u come and stay with ur wife? I made a dumb question! probably u r working and u can't quit ur job!
