how are you Vivi???
I am a Permanent Residence in Quebec
Can i have your e-mail address....i applied for my husband 2 months ago (14 Nov 2011) after 60 days i have received a file number and a approved letter . they have sent my application forms to Embassy of Canada in Damascus (Visa Section) ...now i have to send the second forms that related to MICC (Quebec) ...i want to about this part of process's time ...
Do you know about Embassy of Canada in Damascus that it is prepossessing our application or not?Is it sending them to Turkey???
At least can i have your E-mail address? if that is possible;

Dear Ati,
if your file has sent to Damascus, then you have to wait to receive an email from Damascus. We heard that the files will be transferred to other embassies but we ourselves have to wait and receive a notification email from Damascus too. Simply can say nobody knows what is happening there clearly!
By the way till now was the processing time for Damascus 13 months! |

Hi Ati, We are all waiting to see what happens with our files and where they send them, but no news yet ... Also I don't know about Quebec procedures, I'm not going thorough Quebec, sorry I don't know about it. Wish you a speedy process!  |

Quebec takes around 3-4 weeks from the moment they receive the complete application; there is a thread where people compare timelines: it's called outland quebec applications or something like that.... |
