Is it true that if on your ecas says "medical results have been received" that means the interview is likely waived? I just heard this in some forums I was reading...

I think that both of them are different subjects of this process.

Hello to all and especially samira from me and my wife
please dont be sad try your best to concentrate on a happy ending and a sooner visa
i know how hard it is just to wait and not knowing when you will be called for your visa but dont let this process put you down or upset you, when I look back i know how hard it was to be away from my wife but that will make me love her more. Distance should not affect our relation although it does in many ways but we should not let any negative or bad situation affect us otherwise no one of us will be here and we would have quit on the immigration process and the marriage as well.

Keep smiling and praying and only GOD will hear your prayers and wipe your tears. tonight when you pray just say deep in your heart and close your eyes and say:PLEASE GOD LISTEN TO MY PRAYERS AND WIPE MY TEARS AND I FULLY BELIEVE IN YOU THAT YOU ALONE CAN HELP ME AS YOU HAVE HELPED MANY OTHERS TO BE UNITED WITH MY HUSBAND, I LEAVE MY SITUATION IN YOUR HANDS AND YOU ALONE CAN HELP ME THROUGH THIS AND PLEASE GIVE ME PATINECE AND HOPE AND A SOONER VISA, AMEN.

No they don't, but that's actually how long inlanders wait for sponsor approval. And let's not even mention the parent and grandparent applications that are already in queue.....those you have to wait a FEW years for sponsorship approval. 

i know but i focused on outland, spouse/partner class but u know i heard once of one guy who still had no news from Missisauga after 8 months!!!! they either lost his file or misplaced it...but it's very rare and hope it won't happen to anyone EVER AGAIN!!!!

You're totally right but I would just add that as far as the CSQs are concerned, it's not quite "adding three to four weeks between step 1 and step 2." CPC-M will forward the PR portion of the file to the VO when they do their part, which is approving the sponsor. The VO, in this case Damascus, is probably not going delay looking at your file just because of the CSQ, especially if you have the CSQ application ready and just insert the sponsorship approval letter from CPC-M right before mailing it to le Ministere de l'immigration et des communautes culturelles (it takes even less time to get the CSQ than to get the sponsorship approval from CIC). From what I've read about others' experiences, the VOs are not going to let the file sit there until they get a copy of the CSQ, but of course they are not going to issue the visa until they get the copy either. Of course if the VO is anything like mine, they'll lose however many copies of the CSQ you send to them and then send you an Initial Assessement letter saying they need that from you to continue processing.  In any case, I would not say that Quebec applicants are necessarily delayed because of the CSQ issue. It depends.......sigh.

I HOPE U R RIGHT but each VO is different....in some offices it was clear that they were working on the file while the CSQ was processed while others i'm not that sure; many were delayed in the past just because the office was waiting for the CSQ while the applicants were thinking that they have it; anyway step by step....we plan to send to Missisauga next week hopefully, do u suggest that we start filling the Quebec forms right away? thanks and good luck!!

after 1 month of our wedding  , my husband  left me, I m so tired

samira, stay strong!!! not only for u but for the ones who love u (ur husband, ur family); i'm sure ur husband would b very very sad if he knew what u say and how u feel...u need to be strong, at the end, it's hard now but u will both have a better future in a better place also, soon u will get ur visa and ur family and friends in Iran will b very sad to see u go, so spend time with them now and take advantage of the time when u still can see them every day....once in Canada, it will b difficult to visit them often, even to b in touch!!
