damascus 2007 skilled worker applications

hi guys i know they are still processing the late 2006 aplications but i wanted us to share thoughts and expectations of when you files and expect to start processing

i hope this thread will be in reall business within months 


i will start by myself , i applied november/2007 so according to the new intention to decrease the blockade i'm expecting to start processing next year as they already reached september/2006 applications

sorry but I have to mention Damascus is not processing 2006, they are dumping them on Warsaw which is the real office doing the work. I applied as self employed and they are still stuck at 2004 in Damascus in my category, I applued August 2006. But they sent all applications from my batch who are skilled worker to Warsaw...

actually my family(father) alaso applied 2006 at damascus skilled worker and until know he didnt recieve update letter

but i wort the address 2007/damascus becoz at the end our applications are stuck at damascus until next year i hope , i hope by then i will change the addres to warsaw 2006

hi way , welcome as the 1st member of the group , your preparing ielts from now!! come on ! , my parents applied at 12/2006 and still nothing , i guess it would not be less than a year before we hear from them?but on the other hands ielts validity is 2 years now so i guess you would benefit from it eventually

I am pretty confused about our procedure. Will it be similar to 2006 applicants, or no, and about where our applications will land, Warsaw, Damascus, or where?

i guess our processing will only take a couple of days as nobody has applied at 2007 except you and meeee

its impossible me and my friend infinity are the ones who only viewed it, come on 2007 applicants share with us

I think they take patches not month by month. Anyway, I noticed that the time line in the website of the Canadian embassy in Damascus had disappeared. May be something will happen in the coming 3 months.
You know, in Damascus they are finalizing the 2004 applicants. On the other hand, the files of 2005 and 2006 were transferred to Warsaw. Soon the last case of 2004 will be finalized. which means they will assess the late 2006 and 2007 applicants in Damascus.what do you see?
do you know any of the 2005 applicants who received a passport request?

well, my friend , i dont know any 2005 , except my parents who applied with the rest of my family at december/2006 and still didnt get anything! once they are updated i will let you know

Well, I came across another forum for Damascus 2005 applicants. Most of them have received their medicals and some have started receiving passport requests. I think soon the applicants of 2006 will start receiving their medicals and we will start getting our ULs .
