Dear aLL,

Under the proposed changes, CIC would close Federal Skilled Worker applicants' files if they:
•   applied before February 27, 2008, and
•   have not had a decision made by an immigration officer based on selection criteria by March 29, 2012.- This means those who applied in 2011, received PER+AOR only, where the decision had not been made also comes under this category Huh??

Hi dear.. no news at all. same with most of the people from LVO. I think once the backlog gets over, then they will start. But, no idea how long its gonna be take. Will wait n see!
