Customs question

Hi,

I'm a Canadian citizen who's been living in the US for the past 15 years. I'm moving back to Canada to take a job there. When I drive across the border, I intend to declare my car. It's a 12-year-old vehicle that I bought used in the US in 2003. I have the registration and title, as well as the original bill of sale, all in my name. Would I have to pay any tax or duty on this car?
