My husband has 2 kids from a previous relationship. However, there were never really any custody agreements, the kids just stayed with the mother without any problems. Is this going to be an issue that there are no custody agreements? How should we proceed with this on our application?

Not at this point in time, but his daughter may come at a later date...

I think at this time they would just need the medicals but if his daughter was to come at a later point there would need to be a letter from his ex and custody agreement because of child abduction laws etc.

So what would be appropriate for us to say as to why there are no custody agreement documentations?
