Need a suggestion from you. Currently i am in USA. I will be here till Dec 2009. I am IT professional and looking to apply for canadian PR.

Please suggest shall i apply for PR from USA or from India. If i apply from USA then what is the time duration?

Will you please suggest me that shall i send my initial documnets to Sydney office

Neets, You can go ahead with the initial application.. no need to wait until you go to India. If you apply now, by the time you go to India, your initial application may get approved. You can change your address and visa office if you moved to India. CIC is flexible for these.
