I'd already completed +2,I'm from Nepal.Can anybody advise me the current new rules for student visa of Canada and the info of government college,any help will be appriciate.

hi sir i wanted to apply for study visa in canada and i am doing my ielts and have faith in me that i will pass it with good bands.i wanted to ask you that as i am persuing my first year colleging in bcom professional and have passed 12th last year  in 2009 with 73.6% marks in CBSE board english medium.i wanted to apply for canadian study visa for business management diploma for september intake and i wanted to know on what base i should apply for on 12th pass base or first year pass base as i will pass my first year college by may and if i will apply for 12th pass base would that one and half year gap matter or effect in getting study visa?? or i should apply on first year bcom pass base??

on which base i will get visa esily
