Hi,

I re-submitted my application package for Permanent Residency with updated marital status and all necessary forms/documents for my husband in Nov'09. I also returned my original landing papers.

In March'09, I received a new file#. Online status even today shows "Application Received". The status has not yet changed to "Application-in-process".

What is the current average processing time?

Out-land. I am in the U.S. working on H1. My husband is also on H1 here.

Alsol, I had to pay USD 490 processing fee again for myself (plus 490 for spouse).
