Hello guys,

I have a problem to ask. It will be very appreciated if there is anyone knows the answer and replied me. My current job is not included in the 38 job listed. But I have job experience (2 years) before the current one which is one of the menstioned job. Can anyone tell me, should I qualify?

The guide said: To qualify in Category 1
"you are in an occupation which corresponds to the list of occupations identified in the Ministerial Instructions and have evidence of one year of continuous full-time (or full-time equivalent) experience in that occupation".

Is that mean my current occupation should be in the list?

I believe if your nominated experience is WITHIN the last 10 years, then you are in. Other members may have better knowledge than me about this though.

Yes, if you have 1 year or more experience within the last 10, it counts.
