Current Employer Reference Letter with INITIAL with FSW UNDER NOC 213 -QUESTION?

Friends,

I am sending my initial FSW PR application today to NS under NOC 0213, please advise if I need to enclose the Current Employer Reference letter at this stage describing my duties, responsibilities etc? OR on AOR, I need to provide all such documents?

Please advise?
