What date do you put on in the "To" field where it asks you your current country of residence ("From..To)? I'm still living in Canada and my work permit is valid until November so will be here for another 10 months or so. I wanted to write "current" but you can't do that. If I list a date, it will likely be old when they receive the application?

I just put the expiry date on my work permit. You can put DAY-NOV-2012.
