Current AOR timeline in Buffalo?

Hi There,

I have sent my Immigration packet to Buffalo on Feb 25 from Toronto, Canada which was recevied at Canadian Consulate (Buffalo) on Feb 26.

I applied under Federal skilled worker catagory.

Can anyone tell me current timeline for issue of AOR at Buffalo centre?
Will my application be processed under new immigration rule or old rule?

Buffalo is taking around 2 months or little more for AOR.

It is not sure if ur case will be processed under new law cos as far as I know it is still under consideration and nothing is concrete yet.

Whether its processed under the new rule or the old, as long as you are in one of the occupations that is in demand
you should have no problems. Also, since you are residing in the US currently, you should not have any problems.

I also sent my application a couple of weeks back and so far i have not heard anything yet from Buffalo, does that mean I wont get my application back? im asking that because i was worried that i missed something or not. so far it has been 2 weeks,

AOR takes approximate 1month to 2months from Buffalo. If anything is wrong in the application package and they need to return to you similar time period they take!
