Are they going to treat those application with priority 6 to 12 month ? Or they will be processed after 38 list?
It seems like not even CIC know the answer of this Question, I have been searching for a clue about it but to no avail.

Any Opinion or point of view?

Owing to the speed that CC are being charged (some people report as little as 2 weeks) it seems the post-June 26 applicants, given that the 120 day stage has been removed, are likely to experience a shorter wait time than the pre-June 26 applicants.

Of course nobody knows for sure but my guess is that the process will be 2 to 3 months shorter. So maybe 5 to 8 months instead of 8 to 12 months, once everything kicks off!

Also I would recommend attending a CIIP course after you get med requests!

In this scenario there will be no 2nd AOR at all, but rather they will ask for Medical at the VO then issue the PR.
